Membership Terms & Policies
Minimum terms by plan: The Basics — 6-month minimum; The Works — 6-month minimum; The Refresh — 1-year minimum; The Lifestyle — 1-year minimum.
- Contract Term: 6-month minimum contract required unless otherwise noted above.
- Auto-Renewal: Membership auto-renews month-to-month after the initial term unless canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice.
- Appointment Cancellation: Late cancels (< 24 hrs) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the monthly complimentary treatment.
- Availability: Complimentary services are subject to provider availability and may be limited during peak times.
- Exclusions: Excludes injectable packages, promotional bundles, and event pricing.
- No Substitutions: Substitutions are not allowed for complimentary monthly treatments.
- Agreement: Full Terms & Conditions are outlined in the Membership Agreement you’ll review and sign at enrollment.
