The referring patient receives a $50 credit after the new patient completes their first appointment. Referral discounts and credits apply to qualifying services over $200, including New Patient Tox. Rewards must be redeemed during a single visit and are nontransferable. Cannot be combined with membership discounts, monthly specials, sales, promotions, or other offers unless otherwise specified.
